What happens once I place my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be filled as quickly as possible. This typically takes between two and three weeks.You will receive an email stating your order is ready to be picked up along with pick up instructions.
Do you accept drop offs?
Yes, while we do take drop offs, we do require a 3 item minimum. We do our best to ensure the highest quality of embroidery, however this is a human process and unexpected things can happen from time to time during the embroidery process. For that reason, we do not embroider on family heirloom pieces or items that cannot be replaced.
How do you recommend I care for my embroidery items?
We recommend washing items inside out, in addition to following all manufacturing instructions on the garment.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the customization process required during the embroidery process all sales are final. Please be sure to double check all spelling details before the check out process.
Do you ship?
At this time we are only offering porch pick up. We are located in east Edmond, OK.
Can you embroidery a logo?
If your logo is in a PES format, then we can embroidery your logo. If you have a very simple logo that is not in PES format you can email it to me to discuss options for embroidery.
